I wasnt really sure what catagory this falls under, but here it goes...
I always feel so stressed out, whether its about school, home, friends, i always feel like i have so much to do and no where near enough time to do it in. So i never know what to do, have the time i just get so stressed that i start crying! lol i know it sounds a bit odd... dont laugh... but its caused me health problems too- i have such bad stomahce problems, my stomache is always in pain, i have to take all these meds to make it a little better and it still hurts just not as bad. I dont know what to do, i went to a GI, and he sed basically i will never be cured. I dont want to always have stomache problems! How do u guys deal with stress? I am so bad at dealling with it, but its so bad.....

I am so bad at dealling with it, but its so bad.....First off, watch funny things, secondly, go to sleep earlier, i used to have terrible stomach problems from that,third off i think the stomach problems are bein made up in ur head and then ur mind causes u to have these stomach problems, watch alot of funny shows and movies and go to sleep earlier, and go out and hangout with ur freinds alot.

thats the problem- i used to get sick all the time so i started going to bed earlier, i get less sick but i have less time to do my work in. ur mind doesnt make up stomache problems-i didnt say 'hmm today i want stuomache problems'- when i went to the GI he checked it out and he sed it wasnt actually in my head, and that my stomache doesnt really work properly- he sed these things could be brought on by stress, and stress usually makes it worse. i didnt make it up. i usually go to bed much earlier, i just had so much work to do, i dk why i didnt go to bed a little earlier though, but usually i do.

i already take meds for it, pepto bismol wont cut it. i normally got to bed around 10 or 11, which is good for me, but last night was a crazy night.... i try that shower thing, but then ppl in the house can get angry lol... but i try to find other ways also, its very hard for me.

never cured doeant mean you will always have the pain, ive had a similar diagnosis for somethiong different.

i already take meds for it, pepto bismol wont cut it. i normally got to bed around 10 or 11, which is good for me, but last night was a crazy night.... i try that shower thing, but then ppl in the house can get angry lol... but i try to find other ways also, its very hard for me.Well maybe take a couple of mins out of ur day everyday say 5 to 7 mins, clear ur mind, and take one thing, only one thing, and for 3 mins out of the 5 to 7 mins think about how beautiful it is, after the 3 mins are up, start thinkin about how lucky u are to have the freinds u have, and have parents who love u (even if u think they dont love u) if u have any brothers or sisters think about how lucky u r to have them, and then give ur parents a hug, the next time u see them after that and tell them u love them, try this for 2 weeks straight and see if it helps at all.

Well i know the way i deal with stress is wrong but here it is anway. I usually let it build up until i get really pissed and explode, sometimes i even get physical, which is really not good because i get in a loy of troble with the school. I have recently fond new was thought like a punching bag or taking kickboxing also bubble baths chocolate and running, work for a lot of people i know. But i guess its different for everyone

(btw, i also have stomach problems - reflux! LOL) i wouldn't go as far as telling yuo not to do anything about it till u xplode!!! But elbubbniaevili is right that physical activity relieves stress. I usually try to work out two hours a day (makes you fitter also!). It works!

And don't overcharge yourself too much with school and homeworks. Just try to enjoy what your teachers say; you will then be surprised that you are paying more attention to classes; you'll understand the subjects better; you won't need the homeworks to get good grades; and you'll have much more free time! (i think i read somewhere that movies don't work with girls so well as they do with guys... girls relief tention by sharing their problems with others not by whatching some character having problems of her own in some movie)

im a very verbal person so i usually call a close friend and vent. and then i go running. its wierd, but if im upset abt something, my anger gives me more energy. but i totally know how u feel. sometimes i just wnna shut out the rest of the world and go 2 sleep for a week.

J&B- i do all that... i am just very anxious. i dont know why but i am. I used to work out a few times a week- but then i actually had time to do so! now i dont so much...
i pay attention and everything...
blah- lol- constantly need to sleep for a week... got to love shabbat! either way somehow i think i need more sleep than my peers to function in school.

no other- a girls problems do not revolve around pms. i like chocalate all the time... doesnt matter the time of the month. and i am not stressed cuz of my period i promise.
